2.1. TEG provides curated experiences, lifestyle consulting, event production, and entertainment services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2. Prices and offerings are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events for reasons including but not limited to safety, logistical constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
2.3. Participation in events, experiences, or consultations is at your own risk. We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or property damage arising from participation, except where required by law.

3. Bookings & Payments
3.1. Bookings must be confirmed through the official TEG channels. Deposits or full payments may be required prior to service or event participation.
3.2. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Any cancellations, reschedules, or modifications are subject to TEG’s discretion and applicable fees.
3.3. All invoices are payable in USD, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All creative materials, event designs, visuals, and content created by TEG remain the property of Tryon Elevation Group.
4.2. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials provided by TEG for commercial purposes without express written consent.

5.1. Any personal or business information shared with TEG during consultations, events, or collaborations is kept confidential, except as required by law.
5.2. TEG may collect information on our website for administrative and marketing purposes. By using our website, you consent to such collection as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Code of Conduct & Liability
6.1. All participants, clients, and collaborators are expected to respect TEG’s staff, venues, and community standards.

6.3. TEG is not liable for third-party actions, including contractors, performers, or vendors, though we carefully curate our partners.
